Pastor Dr. D. Bill
Early Vision & Founding of TVS
Dr. D Bill Miller is President and CEO of True Vine Services Inc. With more than 25 years of diverse leadership experience and background from his military, industrial, cultural and spiritual affiliations, Miller brings his heartfelt, hands-on demonstrative and result producing leadership to TVS. Prior to being the founder, first CEO and President of TVS, Miller served as operation manager to Bishop R.B. Adams, Parish Overseer of Church of God of Prophecy St. Ann, Jamaica.
Before founding TVS, Miller served as Operations Manager to Bishop R.B. Adams, Parish Overseer of Church of God of Prophecy, St. Ann, Jamaica. His responsibilities included sourcing wholesale items from St. Elizabeth and Westmoreland for resale to vendors in Ocho Rios — a revenue-generating initiative supporting ministry work.
Military & Spiritual Leadership
After migrating to the United States, Miller continued in leadership as a Noncommissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps. His dedication to service extended into spiritual roles in the Church of God of Prophecy, where he served as an Auxiliary Leader, Youth Camp Counselor, and Pastor.
Professional Experience & Global Ministry
With over 35 years in the nuclear industry, Miller held roles such as Lead Technician and Step-Up Supervisor for special radiation projects in Health Physics. These experiences honed his technical and supervisory skills, contributing significantly to his leadership style at TVS.
Additionally, he brings global spiritual insights from his evangelism training at the School of Prophetic Ministries under Doctor Prophet Alph Lukau — a world-renowned Christian leader based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Our Milestones
1995 – Inception of Organization
TVS was started in a little church in Kalamazoo Michigan.
1996 – After School Program
The decision was made to convert the basement area of the church into a facility to house and accommodate an after school program.
2000 – True Vine Services Established
The Education Plus program, The Melting Pot Brigade & The Refining Woman Workshop were submitted to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) under the chosen name True Vine Services Inc.
2020 – True Vine Services (TVS) in Jamaica
TVS started its operation in Jamaica twenty years later in 2020 in Sandside St. Mary.
